Can a child who has been beaten still be removed from their parents if an improper warrant is attained?

If at some point in time a search warrant is attained to search a persons house, and during that search it is found that their child is being neglected, and later that search warrant was overturned in the courts, no evidence collected during that search can be used in court. Can the child then, in fact, still be removed from the household?
