Depressed! help!!!!!!!!!!!!?
First try fish oil capsules and vitamin B complex because that helps a lot of people. Do aerobic exercises regularly. Then if still having troubles, practice re framing your thoughts. When you think "this is going to turn out badly" replace that thought with "I have a good shot at this working out just great." Start paying attention to your self talk and consciously replace the negatives with positive statements. You will be amazed how much better you will feel as you get better at it. Finally, read "Pulling your own strings" by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Good luck.
