Why is my computer double underling words, and when I hover over them it's like some kind of spam?

I'm sure someone changed my settings *sigh* -___- But yeah, it's double underlining a bunch of words, and when I rollover them it's spam. How do I make it stop? Oh, and it's not an auto correct or spell check thing either. Just started the other day and I'd like it to stop
