Have you noticed that most Whites and Asians dress for the season while most Blacks and Latinos...?

Well for white people our ancestors are from the cold regions so maybe we are genetically able to tolerate cold better then African and Latino people who are originally from the caribbean and Africa. As far as Asian people go in their culture they usually always wear flip flops. But for me personally I'm german and yet I hate the cold so when it's even alittle cold I'm dressed for the weather not the season.
