Can somebody help me?

My son's mom and I are separated. I'm currently in a relationship with a woman who's faithful and good to me but i still have deep feelings for my son's mom. I want to get back with her, but after talking with her im reluctant. She admits she's been with several men and i'm afraid her promiscuity would interfere with a committed relationship. Some of the guys she's been with were one night stands. The woman im with now is the exact opposite and haven't been with many men in her lifetime. She's good to me but i have no real feelings for her. So should i chance a relationship with the promiscuous woman i feel for, or should i stay with the good woman i'm with now?
