How much $$$ to make a duvet cover, sew a border and backing and zipper on the double bed size quilttop?

I have a double bed size quilt top that my mom made and started to sew the border on. She is unable to continue and I would like to hire a quilter or seamstress to finish the border, put in a zipper and back. I am providing all the materials. What can I expect to pay? I am in Texas. I know who I will hire, I like her work. I just want to be fair about what I pay.
