URGENT! URGENT! D: Help!?

Okay, I have a jumping lesson tomorrow so this is pretty important to know soon :L Okay, so I have been working HC on my two point position so that's pretty much down, but I have a bit of a problem where I jump for my horse (Leaning forward to soon over a jump). PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me. How do I fix this?
