I have been on atkins for a week now and have only lost about 3 lbs. I am curious as to what I am doing wrong?
Now, I am only 4 foot 11 and weigh...I can't believe I'm saying this...190 I want to weight between (105 and 125 like I used to). I believe I should have lost alot more this week than 3 lbs. I am doing the Induction Phase and every day I had 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, sometimes I would have 2 pieces of bacon to go with it. For lunch/dinner (cles run through lunch time) I would have cut up tomatoes, cubers, green peppers, and broccoli with a choice of meat (cheeseburger no bun or chicken) and sometimes later at night I would have a vegi salad, egg salad, pickle slices, or atkins bars/shakes if I got hungry before bed. Please help : (
