My 5 1/2 month old baby just choked on a Nuk Pacifier?

I just read another complaint of this happening...My baby turned the pacifer around and the handle was completely stuck in her mouth. She was crying and it took me about 20 seconds to get it out. It was sooo scary. Please take these away from your children!
