So the neighbor's kids got 5 helium balloons stuck in MY tree...what kind of legal action can I take against?

I am very sorry my friend.... Sorry that you have never been lucky enough to have a real problem. You may think I am being mean and sarcastic but I ure you that I am not. One day a problem will come and you will be forced to deal with it and when that happens you'll see what's important and what is not. Until then, sue them if you like but I wouldn't advise it. They are kids. They let go of some balloons. Sadly they have unkind parents as well.
