Ok so im getting my braces off on August 19th. thats not to long away. I have just noticed that i may have a?

little overbite. my upper teeth when i bite go directly on the braces. Im not sure if this is good or bad. My orthodontist hasnt said anything bad about. So could someone else explain if this is good or not. And if possible what to expect when getting them off.
