What about the white frosting on it?

Now, has anyone ever heard of a Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Cake? Well I've eaten one with white frosting. I know mostly they come with chocolate frosting. Well I've looked the whole internet up and can't find the recipe for white frosting or icing. Here's some info to help it has confectioners' sugar and chopped chocolate bars. Thanks so much all answers will be taken into consideration. So can someone tell me a recipe?
